When Amber first tried yoga on a VHS tape in 1997, a lifelong journey began. After practicing for years, she decided to embark upon another adventure and enrolled in yoga teacher training to deepen her practice. Earning her first 200-hour certification in Kundalini yoga in 2013, she continued with a 200-hour Hatha and Flow yoga certification in 2017.
Amber now teaches Hatha yoga with a desire to share the teachings in a healing capacity—to help others reach a state of easy equanimity in their lives. She teaches with a simple style that embraces and challenges the student wherever they may be in their yoga journey.
Students can expect to mindfully move through sequences designed to work with every body. Amber also loves music and often designs her yoga playlists to include uplifting indie tunes. She lives in the Austin area with her husband and two cats.
