Chelsea (RYT 200) studied Foundations of Yoga Therapy. She has always had a desire to teach ever since she was a young girl. Yoga has changed her life for the better as the eight limbs of Yoga has helped her mind, body, and soul. She values student’s needs as she creates a safe and effective sequence. In her Hatha classes, students will be taught breath and movement in a therapeutic way with props and modifications for all walks of life.
It is her calling to help spread the teachings of Yoga to the next person as the practice of Yoga encourages a healthy and fulfilling life. Chelsea brings joy, laughter, and humility to all her classes.
