Roger, a school librarian by day, has been practicing yoga for nine years. He enjoys the peacefulness and rejuvenation it provides him and believes that everybody can do yoga, at their own pace and at their own comfort level. Roger received his 200hr Hatha Yoga Certificate in 2019 from Breathe for Change, an organization that works to bring the benefits of yoga to educators and students. He tailors his classes to be accessible to everyone, with modifications for beginners and more advanced students.
