Sacred Tea Ceremony (Gong Fu Cha):
Tea Ceremony is a sacred art, an experience that opens the door of our inner hearts to help us journey deeper and heal. Tuning into tea brings us fully into the present moment, into our senses, and into our bodies. Through stillness and awareness, we quiet to hear our Highest Selves and the wisdom of Mother Earth. Connecting us with the ways of the ancients, “Living Tea” has the power to cleanse, purify, ground and heal the Spirit as our Qi is balanced and with each ceremony we are born anew. This is a holistic experience balancing the physical, mental and spiritual bodies with each sit.
Seaturtle has been drumming for 10+ years for Shamanic and Ancient traditions, rituals and ceremonies. He’s passionate about serving community in ways that help align us to earth and spirit.
Kat Malone encountered the tea ceremony 5+ years ago, and alongside her practice of Nichiren Buddhism, has been following the way of tea ever since.
